Big Idea
Data is not always numbers! Parent messages, daily reports, and student transcripts are all data. AI can analyze these texts, discover hidden patterns, and provide concise managerial summaries.
Practical Exercises
- Strategic Analyst (Managers): Analyze parent and teacher feedback to identify root causes, emotional tone, and propose one systemic change.
- Learning Pathologist (Deputies/Teachers): Review report cards or wrong answers to detect learning gaps and suggest corrective classroom activities.
- Sentiment Analyst (Counselors): Analyze student responses or disciplinary reports to uncover hidden emotions and design preventive actions.
Shared Output
All roles must convert their analysis into an actionable plan: a micro-report with a golden headline and three quick interventions.
