Session 1: AI – The Versatile Assistant
In this session, we introduce the concept of the bilingual leader: someone fluent in both the human language (management, psychology, educational guidance) and the technological language (automation, data analysis, AI-driven content creation).
The goal is for AI to serve as an executive and monitoring assistant, freeing managers and counselors to focus on students.
The Magic Formula of Prompt Design
Four key elements for effective prompts:
- Role: the professional identity of AI
- Audience: the recipient of the message or analysis
- Format: the expected output type
- Context: the specific situation or need
Practical Exercises
Three useful models for managers and counselors:
- Text Analysis & Immediate Action: Convert a directive or article into a three-column table: urgent actions, unclear questions, and responsibility allocation
- Empathetic Messaging: Write a respectful message to parents about sensitive topics such as academic decline or school changes
- Workshop Design: Structure a 60-minute session with an icebreaker, key topics, anticipated questions, and actionable outcomes

Each participant should complete one exercise before the next session:
- Managers: Summarize a real directive using the text analysis model
- Counselors: Design a workshop using the session design model
